just a question, i belive i know the answer, but just thought i would post for the answer.

whose law/rule has president?

company you work for?

state?

fed?

in dealing with carring a gun (leagly of course) when driving a class A rig the feds say no weapon of any kind, companys say same thing,
but if one has a ccw who is right?

State can make something illegal that the Feds say is legal...ie AW ban, NFA etc

If you want to keep your job, obey your company laws, you want to stay out of jail obey the state laws, they are more restrictive than Federal. Although, things change will crossing state lines and federal penalties are often greater

it kinda depends too. i know this is a vague extenuating circumstance, and is in no way full proof (as history has shown). but things like medical pot in CA is a great example. its legal at some level to the state, but the feds want no part. but its in no way financially viable to bust a couple hundred medical pot smokers so they only do something about it when they can pop a bunch at once. you don't hear about too many medical pot smokers having the feds bust in and arrest em for buying 1/8ths down at the medical clubs.

now i say rarely... cuz it has happened. buts its scare tactics.

If laws went by state law (They should) I could own machine guns with 6 round bursts here in Ga.

I think they should leave it up to the state as to what to do, but I think there was a war about that once sometime in the US.

states should damn near be sovereign countries of their own. the things the federal laws should enforce is things like felony reprimands. if you kill someone in California it should not have a lower penalty then killing someone in Texas. But things like firearms and abortion etc should be decided on by the people of that state. if 80% of Californians dont want guns to be legal then thats fine, ill pack my bags.

i do not have any plans to go agenst any laws (fed, state) or
any company rules.

as a class A driver i live under the fed rules most of the time, so even with a ccw i have trouble carring (even having one close by).
so goes the companys rules.

but right now the voices in my head, say clean the guns..........

.........again
