I usually buy all my surplus ammo at www.aimsurplus.com .

It's not worth it if you do small orders... I usually wait till I'm running low on everything and buy a couple thousand rounds of every caliber... Like 5.56, 7.62x39, 7.62 nato, 9mm, .45acp, etc.

Non military rounds are usually bought at wallyworld since there is no surplus.

Shipping is a beotch, but if you buy a lot, you save a lot.

Oh yeah, and sometimes if I need a small order I will see if my friends need any sort of ammo and we'll do a group buy and split shipping. Thats usually the best way to go about it.

What part of Pa do you live in? there are a lot of dealers that have very good prices, if you give me a location I may be able to help you out.
I live in Punxsutawney. I know there are some dealers around, but haven't check on them yet. I was interested in the net first.

I'm willing to drive 50 miles or so...

I buy reloads (Yes I know there EVIL) Georgia Arms, never had any trouble with any of there loads, 5.56, 9mm, 40 cal, 308 or .357/38.
I got a good bit of .40 and .45 from them, and while it seems to be a spot on the messy side I have not had an issue with them.

I use to buy from aimsurplus, but the shipping was too much, I use to order from ammoman but his prices went up, and it was no longer a good deal. I just recieved an order from ammunitionstore.com and I was pretty happy with it

Well hell, it seems Wallyworld has the most bang for my buck. I can get Remington 55gr 20 round boxes for like $5.50. All of these places bulk prices are around the same price when it comes to buying 250-500. And most of the time thats for a steel cased Wolf round. I'll pass on that...

I'm gonna see what I can do local with any depots...
