The 'Cleric' guns were in fact modified Beretta 92's.

Equlibrium is the movie and it is badass featuring what is called 'Gunkata'
They have 'Clerics' in the film who are super kick ass cleaners.

Weird...it worked when i posted it but now the site isn't loading.
Well it sends you to a guy like yourself who wanted one as Airsoft (UK so thats all they can have resembling a firearm) and he'd tried several sources before coing across that in the pic as best so far. His post was pretty detailed which would be right up your alley for sourcing.
I found it by going to GIS and typing in "equilibrium gun" and skipping forward to page two.

Try the site again tomorrow as prior it came right on up for me with no problem.
