Hell one might as well get a revolver...or a Colt 'Defender' in .45 ACP or an SA 'EMP in 9mm.

Also that 'Quick Safe' remove the heel counter makes it safe technology action has the whack.

Janq you must remember that not all of us like 1911 based guns Id like one cause I have a gun thinner than a revolver that I could adapt to my hand, and would have more power than a 5 shot 38 special. This was meant more as a replacement for the Walther pp in Germany for the police as a conceal backup type of gun.

Walther has been in the high end 22 target pistol biz since the 30's and makes some of the best out there. The air pistols are mainly due to the very very ridiculously strict gun laws that make the air gun market more profitable in Europe. Germany had very loose restrictions until the 70's thanks to terrorism both foreign (72 Olympics) and domestic ( Greens).

My AR jams at 400 rounds and EVERY 1911 does not point worth a shit for me. Best fitting guns are Steyr, Walthers, and Berettas for me on the pistol end and i would take a FAL or G3 over an AR ANY day.
