I'm not sure is Maine has it, but CA has a website that if you enter your address will show you where any sex offfenders live near you within 20 miles along with their photo and a description of the crime. You may want to see if there's anything like that for your area so you know what this chump looks like and his exact address.

Well, bad news is that it looks like Maine has no such site yet. I did however find this site where you can find all the info but a map location by county.

Maine does have such a website, we looked at it before we moved here.
