I have a Taurus 24/7 C/DS pistol that will consistently drop my flush magazine after just a few shots. It will fire both my extended magazines no problem with any ammo. I am going to purchase a new flush 11 rnd magazine from Taurus when I can get around to calling CS, but even my local gunsmith can find no issues with the magazine, and we also replaced the magazine release in the weapon.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, where you able to isolate it.
The trouble magazine fired fine for a while on purchase but neither me or the gunsmith can see anything changed from it's profile or catch point. It will also line up perfectly with functioning magazines.
I wouldn't have even posted this thread, but EVERY gun store both online and off is out of stock for this item, and have no idea when or if they will get it back in. I have not contacted Tuarus yet, but this will probably be my only recourse.
This is for a 24/7 C/DS in chambered in .40 S&W.
