That does not have an accessory rail. Any suggestions on a good laser/light combo that I can attach to it? Do I need some kind of adapter?

Yes you'll need an adapter. Somtehing like the Insight (ITI) P229 adapter.

It mounts to the front of your trigger guard.

After that it's really up to you on how much you want to spend, if you want xenon or high output led, etc. Streamlite TRL1 and 2, ITI M3 and M6. (I'd even plug the AMP Tactical weapon light all have something written about them in this forum.
