So my question for you now is does anyone know how or where to find out how to make these triggers any nicer with less of a pull?

I saw replacment trigger packs years ago that where fixed but that was when I did not care much about trigger pulls but now that I have broken out my china man SKS It's trigger pull is so bad compared to what im used to shooting. The Yugo i have is not great but its not near as bad as this prartrooper Norinco.

kivaari on surplusrifleforum.com works on them, also I am pretty sure Bill Springfield works on them as well. His email is [email protected]. Bill did some work on my RRA NM and PTR-91 a few months back, his work is excellent. I have not used kivaari, but he has a ton of feedback on the boards.

great, let us know how it goes. Snap a pic when you take it apart. I love how the sks FCG is all one unit, its a pretty complicated little unit. The nicest thing is its safty, you can bang and bang on it, and it only gets tighter.

Sadly no.... Theres not many out there that do. But I have been able to do something that has astonished everyone with it....

get the steel sks 30's to feed all 30 runds! Again, sadly the follower does a backflip at the end

I used to see kits for changeing sks's into takeing AK mags years ago but they have dryed up I guess.

i used too own one that i bought new in 93.i picked it from a crate full of brand new paratrooper ak mag style rifles.never fired it and sold it back to the man i bought it from shortly after the crime bill and made 150.00 bucks.havent seen one for sell since.

You see the Chinese AK mag capable SKS on Gubroker quite often. They go for around 450 in nice shape. For that I can have a nice AK, or damn near build an AR15A2.

Alright, I have figured out how to make it have less trigger draw... after smashing the shit out of my finger, the nail is turning totaly black now.. Its like a rat trap closeing on your finger.
