There is an MMA fight on June 30th that I plan on winning.


I don't wanna sound cockey, but I am training my ass off for 2 hours a day, going to the gym 5 days a week for 2 hours a day, and I'm not really doing all that to lose. I'm training to WIN. :D


It has really cut into my sitting around time and my sleeping time.

I plan on fighting in the 185 weight class, so I need to drop 20 pounds before then. Too bad I don't have that much fat. Water weight will be around 6ish pounds, so I only need to drop 14lbs.


Fuck.

My cardio and muscular stamina are pretty decent. I can do a 1/4 mile sprint, or a 5 mile run. Doesn't get me overly tired.


BTW I'm 6'2" at 20?ish

As for losing weight, the easiest way to do that is to get mono or the flu.
20 lbs in 3 to 5 days is easy.
