Ruger question

Sorry but my firearms knowledge is slightly inept.

I know how to fire the things, I just don't know a lot about them. Kind of like Tom Cruise' character in Days of Thunder?

ok j/k..

Anyways, is it possible to get one of those Ruger .22 plinkers brand new? Well, I guess my real question is whether or not they still produce them?

Yup the Ruger .22 Mark II and Mark III's are still in production. I'm assuming you were looking for the Auto's, Ruger also makes .22lr revolvers as well.

Awesome! Thanks a lot for the info. :D
Those Mark type of Ruger .22s are great guns! I had one for a time but ended up tradeing it. There even more fun when internal suppressed I got to shoot one with those 60 grain sub sonics at our range were lots of class threers meet up and most let others fire there guns. If you want a plinker .22 that or a P22 is the handgun to go with.
Also look into the Berretta NEOS or Browning Buckmark as well. They have very good reputations. The beretta is newer on the market but is very customizable.
