Because that somehow makes you more able to kill someone?

Heck, I still don't understand how restricting to 10 rounds makes any difference than allowing more than 10.

Cause the LEO you're having that shootout with will be able to get you with that 2 seconds it takes you to change a mag DUH!! Or the ridiculously liberal state thinks everyone should have a level playing field. haha God forbid someone be better prepared than the next schmuck.

I call bullshit, all the mags I own have cutouts and they were purchased legally within the golden state. Tell your friend to stop pulling your leg, and also not to give any of our cali politicians any ideas...one of those things that it sounds so crazy that it might be true.

I've never heard of such a restriction, either.

My M&P's mags have witness holes, and were purchased brand new from a CA FFL dealer.

Peace,
Hans
