Slide reelease is controlled by the magaizeine.
Check the magaizine...this happens with most all guns when the mag is old and worn out.

problem with Sig p226
Today at the range, after my 2nd magazine, the slide doesn't stay open at the last round of the magazine anymore. I can open it manually though, but anyone ever have this before and what do you think is wrong?
