I have a S&W Model 38 bodyguard (the snubby with the shrouded hammer).
It rides in a DeSantis nemesis holster that I had to cut up a bit until it was comfortable.
If my primary is too deep (tucked in a shirt or whatever) the snubby in the front pocket is a nice speedy alternative even if the caliber isn't as good.
It's also easy to drop in the pocket if you don't feel like fully "gearing up".
