One of my local gun shops here in DE closed on account of the owner's status with DOC and his having crack and drug paraphernalia in his control. Oops.

Interesting story, the girlfriend was 'relieving' herself out in the parking lot while a cop was driving by. She had some paraphernalia on her along with a small amount of cocaine, they figured that to be enough to get an administrative warrant to search the owner who was on premises, and he had a small amount of cocain on him as well as som more in his truck in the parking lot which had some additional paraphernalia. To make matters worse, the guy is on active pobation and pursuant the law here, and jsut about everywhere else, prohibited from being in possession or control of a firearm or ammunition. Big oops.
