I took my girlfriend shooting yesterday (her first time) so I brought along my Ruger MkII .22 target pistol. Having practically zero kick it was the perfect choice. My only gripe is cleaning it.

Usually I can get it broken down pretty easily, it's the putting it back together that I hate. Anyone have some good tips? I might go crazy if I have to do it again.

Make sure the trigger bar is in the correct position. the best way to to hold the pistol with the barrel straight up and pull the trigger as you put the mainspring housing back in
