Your more of a modern gun guy anyways. Your polymer and tactical black, im more wood and bluing.

i want to see the garand when you are finished with it.

Im working on the wood now, but I bought a laminate stock for it dirt cheap that I am going to try out and see what I like better.

This is true.

Yep If you cant stuff a 30 round mag in it.... I dont have much use for it :wink:

Yeah but with 8mm mauser....you dont need many shots.

The Argentine FN 49 guns have 20rd 308 detach mags
