Savage makes a fine rifle but the Howa 1500 is awesome as well. If you are hunting with it instead of going for sniper type shit then look for a Charles Daly Mauser cause they are on closeout and cheap right now. Remington bought the design and when they introduce teh same model the price will shoot up.
