Well do you mean SCv or the Romanian quasi look alike PSL?

I have seen the "sporter" Russian Tigers around that are basically SVDs without the bayo lug.

I still say get the Russian tiger. They cost about 1300 last time I found a few. Its an SVD with synthetic on it instead of wood and no bayo lug.
