Don't forget the vaccum packer. The plactic bagging isn't as tough as PVC but as long as it's burried or kept out of the way so you don't put holes in it it lasts a long time and duct tape makes it a lot tougher. We've left all kinds of gear and tools packaged in this manner for several years in some very unfriendly climates. Cut the plastic and everything worked just fine.

The packages are easily conceilable. For rifles package the rifle and mags's seperately, 2 small packs are easier to hide than 1 big. Tightly wrapped in tape the packs can be hidden almost anywhere: burried, attached to beams and joists in any building, placed inside walls, under water, you can paint over it to make it blend in and even put it in adobe bricks( just be sure to mark the bricks, it's a bitch when you gotta destroy a whole wall becuase you forget which bricks you put stuff in) you an do almost anything. Hot cold dry wet or costal salt it doesnt matter the vaccum packing and duct tape works.
