Alright, time to do a converion kit on my m4. I have decided that the HK kit is not worth it, but i was wondering if anyone knew how long the barrel is on this kit. It looks awsome.

The AEX guys can give you the exact length. I won't be able to go to the shop this week to measure for you. It's a little shorter then a reg M4 barrel but you can hide the inner barrel in the silencer. Your stock M4 inner barrel will be hidden with silencer on. As far as I know, for "legal" reasons that silencer does not include foam.

That extra outer barrel in the pic is for if you want to extend the barrel out even farther w/o the silencer:

I've been thinking about this kit too since I love the SD style, but I think I'll just build a good ol' G3/SBS.
