Lets hear this horrible story you speak of...

(PS: When I bought my XD-40, they gave it to me with XD-9 mags, which work, but are lower capacity.... I had to go back and prove that they gave me the wrong mag... they had to look through their XD-9's to see if they had XD-40 mags in them, which they did!!!)

this is IIRC... and i read this at calguns.net from the employee who was actually affected.

before it was reeds, it was national shooting range.

some wacko rented a few guns, back then you coulda rented an AR(!!!).

his intentions was to shoot for a few minutes, kill all the employees (IIRC) and then go a dance club where his girlfriend was there and kill her and who ever else.

again, this IIRC.

i forgot why he didnt end up killing everyone there. but held the employees as hostages.

he was going to take one of them to the parking lot but since the employees were CCW, he was able to take out the bad guy.

bad guy ends up suing NSR and wins, of all things:

As Janq has mentioned many times, you don't shoot someone unless you plan on killing them!
Its hard for a dead guy to sue you. I realize the family can sue, but their case won't be near as strong, since they weren't there.
