1. cause its full auto
2. it still has the longer barrel so i think it was made full auto illegaly

Could be, or it is a post 86 dealer or class two manufacture. I dont think it is ilegal. Please think of what you post online if you think it could be something not legal you should have asked before you did it.

The foregrip on the pistol makes it Ilegal.. He had said he took it to the range and it was now a class two weapon.

I warned him about it, he did not know said thanks but never took the picture off his page.

i dont understand why a forward pistol grip makes a pistol "evil".if anything its a safety feature.it allows better control and shot placement.hell supressors are required by osha for swat teams.flash supressors cut down the muzzle flash for more accurate follow up shots in low light.youd think with all the safety bs the govt requires on consumer products these days like seat belts and helmets,that they wouldnt keep shooters from having safety devices on firearms.

Oh, I know... Itsa retarded, Those pistols just look more evil with a forward pistol grip. On my AR pistol I just use the sling like one and its the same without the paperwork... oh yea, and its legal.

Now if I was to cut the sling off a few inches under like a MAC-10/11 it it would be ilegal.
