Investigators released 911 calls from an International House of Pancakes restaurant in Seminole County, Fla., where four men repeatedly shocked customers with stun guns and shot a man during a robbery.
Police said the men entered the restaurant located at 700 state Road 4346 in Casselberry, Fla., and terrorized guests and employees inside the restaurant.
"The first calls to 911 set the tone, what it was like inside the IHOP," Local 6's Erik von said.
"What's going on?" the dispatcher said.
"My dad got shot," the caller said. "Someone robbed my dad at the IHOP in Casselberry."
"OK, hold on a moment," the dispatcher said.
Another caller described the stun gun attacks.
"Yes they had guns and yes they had Taser (guns)," the caller said. "They Tasered me."
"They Tasered you?" the dispatcher asked.
"Yes and they shot my dad," the caller said.
"They shot him with a gun," the caller said.
"OK, we have Rescue en route," the dispatcher said.
"Please hurry," the caller said.
Police said a middle-aged restaurant customer was shot during an altercation with the culprits before they fled the store.
Video showed the shooting victim rushing the men with a high-chair in his arms before being shot.
The victim survived the shooting and a caller described it.
"They (culprits) took wallets from customers," a caller told a 911 dispatcher. "They took tips from servers. They did hold a gun to somebody's head. They shot one gentleman."
"They shot him, where?" the dispatcher said.
"He's got a wound to the thigh," the caller said.
The men were seen getting into a light-colored Chevrolet Camaro with a dark stripe on it.
Anyone with information concerning this crime is urged to call Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
