Yea I read about this the other day.. Pisses me off to. You know how much a rabies shot costs? 30 cents.... There paying something like 65 cents per dog killed... Hm... Smart there...

Sure, surplus ammo, but damn, buying federal ammo in bulk for target practice just isn't worth it in my opinion.

I have about 5000 rounds of British surplus 5.56 from the late 90s all in bandoleers (spell?)... Every 1000 rounds was like $110. Best damn quality surplus ammo Ive ever seen.
