Yes it's real and it's old as hell.
It was the cover to a press item distributed at SHOT way long time ago back in the 90s.

The people who make up press cover stuff like this are set design and photographers, not necessarily reps. from the mfr. or muchless product knowledgeable types.

This has been an infamous pic and item in the gun world thanks to the internets.
Hardly anyone has actually seen the catalog IRL. It's only been thanks to the image on the internet floating about.

Yes it is old. When I first saw it I wondered if it was somehow a joke or done on purpose. Im still not 100 %. Anyone have a confirmation on wether it was intentional or not?
