I know a few people were looking for these.

looks like you take a standard mag and replace the follower with their aftermarket one. Apparently it no longer locks the slide back after all the ammunition is out of the magazine, however, so I guess you can't tell an empty mag from a misfire!
I'd order one, but I'm under strict orders to not spend any more money for a little while.
