This is a South African BXP, it's basically a Mac10 with some upgraded features...

My question is not about the gun, it's about all those weird attachments to the right of it. What the hell are they? They look like muzzle adapters of some sort... But what do they do? I'm assuming one of them is a flash suppressor of some kind... Anyone know anything about these?

Well, the picture is not showing up but I looked it up. Does look like a MAC...

The weapon can mount a silencer, grenade launching attachment, and a variety of muzzle compensators

I was expecting sights on the side so they can aim and hold it sideways with it comeing from SA.

I'm guessing this is the pic you're talking about

To the right of the mag is an extra barrel, the pic isn't real good but i think next is the regular break, then the break for grenades and last the flash hider, I can't remember if the fewer holes is for flash or gas

unlike most makers that thread the barrel on bxp's the front of the reciever is threaded so you jst screw on any attachment. So in the pic the bigger ends and the round holes that are on the table or whatever are threaded and the skinny part which should be slotted it the actual break/ hider.

It looks like a mac-10, but calling it 1 is almost an insult. In reliability it's not much below an ak

it looks to me like those parts to the right of the magazine are the suppressor internals.

edit: after reading the OP's original link the long one is a nato grenade launcher and the others are a variety of flash suppressors.
