Greetings, I'm new to the boards.

I'm kind of in the market for a H&K P7M10 and/or a P7M8.

Didn't know if anyone here's had experiences with either/or.

Any inputs would be great and yes I've read most of the reviews by others.

Thanks.

Noir

**Good job Brucebruce and Mikkito on this site. I ran up on it from a google search looking for other firearms. Didn't even know it was your baby until I saw Janq's name. Hope you and Mikkito's doing well mang. :)

I had a P7m8. great handgun. very accurate due to the fixed barrel. carries well because it is slim. The squeeze cocker design is great. fast and safe.

The gun gets hot fast because of the gas retarded design.

if you get one, get a extra firing pin bushing, they like to break if you are no careful when taking the gun apart

I sold mine because I could get a premium for it in MA and finance a race gun

I've always wished I bought one way back when. A friend had one and I shot it several times. I was always amazed how ergonomically correct it was once in your hand. The squeezecocker feels totally natural.

The only thing I didn't like on his was the bottom mag release but it was an early import. The later ones had a more conventional side release.

They are nice, but I always loved the roller locked p9 better for some reason. And for gas retarded designs I loved the Steyr GB so much. It was a reallly underappreciated design.
