Same gun, Beretta just has them made in Turkey instead of Italy. The Turks adopted it as a service pistol so Beretta has them made over there inorder to free up space at their Italian plant for the new PX4. Nice thing is that its alot cheaper now. I have seen them as low as 299 dealer cost. Its all part of Berettas new strategy to have the Couger be the lowest gun, then the Px4, and then the 92 series.
