I live about 10 minutes south of stockton california, they implemented seizure laws for all the sideshow and hyphy shit. It looks harmless but people have been killed and thousands of dollars in damage have been caused by these. One night a large group stopped on the North bound 99 freeway, all got out and danced, until CHP arrived. Hehehe
