Going to soon be buying a pair of holsters, one for my 1911 and one for the G26 I'm also going to purchase.

I've heard very good things about Galco products and like the Kramer I use with the P226 I occasionally carry. Similar price for IWB holsters. I don't have the budget to buy several holsters until I get one I like.

Recommendations?

For IWB, I like a holster with the loops or clips offset from the gun (e.g. Comp-Tac C.T.A.C., etc.). In leather, I'd look at the following:

Milt Sparks / Lou Alessi Watch Six:

Alessi Watch Six Dual Talon (Talon clips secure to the waistband, not the belt - very easy on and off, quite secure):

Fist-Inc #19 and #20 IWB:

Bulman PDC (nearly identical to Alessi WSDT):

Tucker Gunleather's The Answer IWB:

These are a few designs. I'm sure there are many more out there.

i luv my galco products - however especially for IWB i use kydex

mainly due to sweat here in AZ (summer time all the time)

if your going to be in a warm climat and are set on leather IWB - make sure its made of horsehide - horsehide repells moisture the best
