The problem is that average studednts get shoved in worthless classes, while honers students get all the college prep classes --and the good teachers. I see high school as nothing more than day care centers for teenagers...(govt. training centers.)
Students should be givern an option after 8th grade-- trade school, or prep school. Because, well, public high school is a wast of time for average or below students.
