No, you don't need to own a store. Civvies can have CIII licenses. All you need to do is fill out appropriate paper work, have it shipped to the FFL, pay the transfer tax, and you are done.

Oh yea, buy ammo, cause you will need it. A lot of it.

Nope. You need to have one to order the gun and have it shipped to them. Then you go to the gun store, and pick it up.

There is a few class 3 dealers and class two manufacturers around here that can do all the transfer's and everything for you, I am friends with many of them.. They keep trying to get me into the class 3 game but I know once I do I will be broke as can be and I shoot enough full autos as it is without paying 13,000 for an M-16.

What class three toy do you have in mind and how much are you willing to spend?

Any class three weapon MUST be shiped to a class thee dealer and not just any FFL dealer...

I prefer the 240B over the 60.
