Definitely it's a museum collection (i.e. NRA Firearm museum...which itself is huge!) if not that of the ATF or even maybe the military weapons museum & repository in IIRC Aberdeen, MD.

Just watched a program last night on Natl Geog. Channel. It was about the history of the "machine gun." Some of those were in the show...
Also was the first time I saw a FA M14 in action.

Broomhandle mausers worked pretty damned good in trench clearing in ww1.
