In looking at the build log, you could do most of the bends with hardwood blocks & a vise. Then MAPP gas to braze it up. If you eliminate the FA function, you've got a pretty straightforward build. I may give this one a shot.

As an aside, anyone who wonders about the inevitability of a ban should join the every forum that shares info on DIY.

It would probably pay for me to visit my uncle's machine shop one of these days... They specialize in large contracts for precision machined parts, but I'm sure they could crank out a few smaller items.
