I have used Wolf for hunting for a couple years now. They are Ruskie made, but made in spain by RIO ammo co and sold under the WOLF name. Wolf only imports their stuff from vaious manufacturers. I have shot close to 20l rounds of Wolf ammo in various forms and only have one misfire on my old SKS which turned out to be the gun(dirt firing pin).

Now winchester whitebox has given me multiple issues.

Glad to see im not the only one that chuckled at that to :)

You people use Buckshot for shooting ammo? Walmart federal 100 round special FTW! 15 bucks for 100 rounds, I went and got 400 rounds of it the other night.... Tell no one I was at Walmart I hate them.

I have never tryed there shotgun ammo but I eat there 7.62X39 for breakfast lunch and dinner and there 223 for JUST the mini-14. That stuff cant go near my AR mags, and I cringe when I sell 500 rounds at work to AR guys.

Sometimes there ammo is cheap at Walmart... sometimes not. I dont like Walmart because they distroyed all the small stores here when they came in, just like all over the US. But I must admit they do have some good stuff.

Well some ARs will take wolf and some wont. Aside from being dirty they can wear extractors faster but the AR is not known for its strength in that dept. But if you can change a 4 dollar extractor and onyl shoot 100-200 rounds at a time then its not bad. I used some silver bear in my Colt without any issue.

But us with stronger extracters and D-fenders it for one hits the brass deflecters and dings the hell out of them as well as the inside of the upper. My friends Rock river snaped an extracter off on wolf, Could have been bad tempering but I still do not want it.
