Oh God these are true for moisin

Recoil is often used to relocated shoulders thrown out by the previous shot

You can knock down everyone else's target with the shock wave of your bullet going downrange

I am a recoil junkie. Although for mil surp guns they kick hard I would say that the straight pull M95 is a harder recoiling gun. Now if the auther would go out and shoot a few boxes of 375 H&H he might have a new perspective

With a wider shotgun style recoil pad the 375 h&h is not to bad nothing helps the 460 wby that's just painfull.

Yeah the gun I shot a 375 H&H is had a hard plastic buttplate. It was a mauser pattern from the 1920's.
