I have been meaning to do this for a while - please excuse my lack to photography skillz

Here is my Inova T3 next to my Surefire C2

The C2 claims an 65 lumen Xenon while the T3 claims an 85 lumen 3.2 watt LED

This is the difference from 25' - the C2 on the Left and the T3 on the Right

The advantage of the LED is simple - 85 lumens for 120 minutes while the Xenon is 65 lumens for only 60 minutes



oddly enough i found that the bezel of the T3 is exactly the same diameter as the C2 and fits in my kydex holder without issue!

Yeah i've been really impressed with Inova's High Output LED line. I just recently got the Inova 24/7

LOL I'm so impressed with Mcrackin's side by side garage door light comparison.. I just bought the T3

some people complain about the "blue" tint on the Inova - i cant complain, i actually like the "blue" vs. the "yellow" of the Xenon.

price was another sticking point - Inova is 1/2 the cost of the Surefire.

i was going to dump money into my C2 with an LED module until brucey turned me on to Inova.

i picked up a couple of X5's at Target to play with before i got the T series

Yeah I can live with the color tints on the LED's. That extra bat life, no heat and lifetime bulb more then make up for all that.

My T3 finally showed up today. The body is all machined aluminum! For some reason, the price or the pic showing the body being more matte then the surefire C2, I thought it have a polymer body. It's got a "I'll thump you in the head and leave a big bump" metal body!

Tail switch works flawlessly, and light is brighter then all my 2 cell Xenons.

1" tube easy weapons mount!

i alapolise if i mislead you in any way

the T3 finish is matte while the C2 is more semigloss

eitherway - it will definately leave a lump on your head!
