No, it didn't hit him in the head, but i would say it was too close for comfort.

I like recoil I plan on getting an Encore in 50 Alaskan... I hope that's were my addiction stops or I might just turn out like that guy.

I've got no desire to ever shoot a pistol that large. 600 nitro in a rifle would be painful enough.
