they're heavy though. i originally bought it for my Socom 16, but the weight of the stock just really kills any notion of use in CQB (should that ever arise). the stock is really best served for full length M14s, scoped of course.

one thing about the stock, even with the cheek rest at it's lowest position, you can't use the irons.

negative, in it's current config, you must remove it with an allen wrench.
