Dear CAPCO: use these instead. They're recyclable, and people might begin to take you seriously.

OMG, I just realized, these were one of the contractors who supplied barrels by the thousands for the M16 modernization program. I sure hope they didn't ship them individually boxed up like that.

It's a pretty cool box, though. Stick a handle on it and you'd have one bad ass lunchbox.

Or if you really wanna be cool, just leave the barrel in the box when you attach it to your rifle. Might need a couple more holes, but it can work.
    When in doubt, ask Adler.

Yeah it would kind of look like like the osprey:

I would really like to own one of those containers, with a handle on the top it would make an awesome hoagie/cheesesteak container!

    Repeat:

If anyone has a spare one of these "barrel boxes" laying around and doesn't care to hang onto it, and wouldn't mind letting go of it free of charge, I would be happy to pay you an amount you see as being fair for you to pack it up and ship it out to me!

I am unfortunately in no financial situation to purchase a spare barrel for the heck of it, but could really use a sturdy, armored hoagie box!
