Here are pictures from the recent Magpul class held in San Jose. Bad ass training and very demanding. I ended up seeing and fixing various guns go down in training.

    Setting up.

Nice! What range was that? Doesn't look like any of the SJ ranges I know of... Private?

What was the instructor doing in a couple of those pics where he's holding the rifle in an awkward way? Showing people what NOT to do?

Also, those targets.. Are those real targets or did someone put a picture of someone they knew onto the target? lol... Ive never seen that type before.
    When in doubt, ask Adler.

Also, what kind of malfunctions did you see that day? What was the worst?

Metcalf Range - 200 yard section

What was the instructor doing in a couple of those pics where he's holding the rifle in an awkward way? Showing people what NOT to do?

Travis was showing how point of aim and point of impact is different when shooting up close.

Also, those targets.. Are those real targets or did someone put a picture of someone they knew onto the target? lol... Ive never seen that type before.
Real targets. I think they are the current ones Magpul has been using.

Piston on an LWRC snapped in half. Case rim from a Wolf .223 round coming off. POF rifles' hammer spring loosing spring temper. 1911 extractors loosing tension. Glock having a KB.

Also, faulty gear causing hang ups on reloads/malfunction drills.

Excellent pics BA! I'm sure it was a very rewarding course.

Looks like both Chris and Travis are running AN/PEQ's with dual IR/visible lasers. Do they train with NV gear?

    Yes they do!

It was a demanding course worth the 2000 rds of 5.56 and 500 rds of 9mm that I shot.

I think my AR was the simplest one in the class. My C-more Scout sight held up.
