yep - six sigma cert here

    a whole division? wow!

the corps that i have worked for deal with realignment in very different ways

some are just cut throat, others are extremely helpful

my current employer - no matter what doesnt lay anyone off unless they are a "problem" - they always cross train and move displaced folks over into new positions, this makes me much happier in the end

No...I'm not at all upset with you MMC, or even your profession.

Please don't think that or rather take me that way.
You and folks like you with the Six Sigma are just doing a job trying to live, eat, and pay taxes like the rest of us ultimately meaning well.

NO WORRIES - i just wanted to ensure that everything was A-OK

with my line of work - i have had some folks literally tell me "we will be waiting for you in the parking lot"

its not like i was 10 years old and thought to myself - this is what i want to do when i grow up

i started off in IT - then to a Technical PM in which part of the deal was i had to get SS certified

well that cert has carried me a long way - corps are going out of their way to get SS folks in the door

but rest assured i work in the financial sector - so i am just trimming the fat off of the executives paychecks! LOL

honestly - everything is sooo silo'd - i have spent the last 3 years just getting data transfered from system to system, but of course in the process i have been able to streamline process's, never eliminating a position - but keeping the need for additional employees to a minimum as the division grows

Normal recline. The snap came off of one side, so it was still snapped shut, just not on the retention strap.

I am sure it was just a fluke. I have some more Safariland gear, and it all works fantasticly.
