Talk me out of a Henry H0001

I've been musing about a 22LR long gun for some time... Don't want a semi-auto as I want to be able to shoot the primer fired ultra-quiet rounds (yes I know this means short barrel)
I was musing about a bolt action, but just thought of a lever

Any reasons not to buy one?

Henry makes good stuff. Only thing that bugs me about lever guns is that the lever gets in the way when prone or shooting off a bench. They're great walking around type guns, though.

The Marlin 39 is a huge step up in quality over the Henry guns lever guns. I say check one of those out, plus they are easier to take apart to lube and clean.
The Italians have a saying. "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer." And although they've never won a war or mass-produced a decent car, in this area they are correct.
